U.S. Customs Form: CBP Form 1303 – Ship’s Stores Declaration

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Form 1303 is used by vessel operators to declare the goods on board a ship entering the United States which are merely supplies for the operation of the ship itself. These “Ship’s Stores” are not subject to U.S. Customs duties but must be declared and cannot be sold in the U.S.
