U.S. Customs Form: CBP Form 3311 – Declaration for Free Entry of Returned American Products

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Form 3311 is used for declaring goods as American products eligible for duty free entry.  American-produced goods exported abroad may be re-imported into the United States without paying duties.  Form 3311, embedded below, is used to declare the goods as American-made so they can be entered without incurring Customs duties.
