U.S. Customs Form: CBP Form 6043 – Delivery Ticket

U.S. Customs Form 6043 is a delivery ticket authorizing an importer’s drayage company to pick up the goods from port after they have been released from Customs. Once your customs broker receives the ticket, he or she will contact your drayage company (trucking firm) to let them know the goods have cleared customs and are available for pickup at the port.
