U.S. Customs Form: CBP Form I-193 – Application for Waiver of Passport and/or Visa

U.S. Customs Form I-193 is the application to have Department Homeland Security waive the requirement that individuals posses a valid Passport and/or Visa in order to enter the United States. Unless you are a U.S. Citizen with documents to prove it other than the passport, you are not likely to have much success getting into the country with this form. But we encourage you to try.
